Mariel Akkermann
Certified Auditor, Audit Partner
Mariel is a certified public sector auditor with over 18 years of experience (including 17 years with the Big Four) in managing and conducting audit and assurance service projects, having served numerous international and local clients across various industries (incl FSI). She has excellent technical knowledge of financial reporting standards (both Estonian Financial Reporting Standards and IFRS) and has focused on more complex accounting issues and compliance with laws and regulations. She is a Member of the Management Board and Member of the Methodology Committee at the Estonian Auditors’ Association. Mariel holds master’s degree in financial accounting and master’s degree in law.
Kadri Koop
Audit Partner
Kadri is a certified public sector auditor with audit experience since 2005, including 15 years with the Big Four and 4 years working in an international office. Kadri has been a member of the Audit Board since 2019. She has extensive experience in serving clients across various industries, both international and local.
Liisu Lell
Advisory Partner / Tax & Legal
Liisu is an experienced and highly skilled Tax & Legal Counsel with over 12 years of expertise in international taxation and cross-border business operations. She specializes in corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and compliance with commercial law, offering expert guidance to multinational enterprises. With a Master’s degree in law and a proven track record in both private and public sectors, including leading M&A, restructuring, and joint tax audit projects, Liisu is a trusted advisor adept at addressing complex global tax and legal challenges.
